Once you have approved the plans, materials and finishes, we provide you with the final all-inclusive price for your home. This price will not change unless you decide to modify your project.

An emergency support service is available 7 days a week for urgent issues, while our after-sales department provides ongoing assistance throughout the contractual warranty period.
The final acceptance of your home takes place one year after the provisional handover. This confirms that the work complies with all agreed specifications and officially closes the project. At that time, our after-sales team may also offer you an annual maintenance contract for your technical installations.
