“Centre” school campus in Mersch
Shoring, earthworks, structural works and external works. The infrastructure comprises three basement levels with a total covered area of 9,770 m², including a swimming pool, sports hall, technical rooms, car park and esplanade. The superstructure consists of a ground floor and two upper floors housing a multipurpose hall, offices, classrooms and technical rooms, covering 7,630 m² and bringing the total project area to 17,400 m².

Botanica project in Luxembourg
Construction of nine buildings comprising offices and a hotel, in partnership with CBL SA.

Prélude residence in Luxembourg-Cents
Construction of a residential development comprising three blocks (A-B-C) and a total of 58 apartments.

Unicity – mixed-use development in Luxembourg-Hollerich
Located just a few minutes from Luxembourg City railway station, Unicity is a unique mixed-use development comprising 9,000 m² of office space, 56 apartments and four retail units. The contemporary development incorporates listed façades dating from 1935. Thomas & Piron carried out the strip-out and asbestos removal works, demolition, earthworks and structural works.

LIDL supermarket in Mersch
Construction of a LIDL store as general contractor, including structural works, building envelope and finishing works.

PRISM office building in Cloche d’Or
Construction as general contractor of an office building offering 4,755 m² of lettable floor space and 23 parking spaces.

Domaine du Bois d’Arlon – Golf & Resort
The infrastructure of the Domaine du Bois d’Arlon golf complex comprises a single basement level with a total covered area of 2,350 m².
The superstructure consists of two buildings. The first extends over two levels and covers 1,375 m², housing the entrance hall and restaurant, with a wellness area on the upper floor connected to the second building. The second building extends over four levels and covers 3,450 m², accommodating a 64-room hotel.
Thomas & Piron carried out the structural works.
