This prestigious distinction recognizes his outstanding commitment and decisive contribution to the Luxembourg real estate market.

The ceremony, held on the evening of 2 October at Casino 2000 in Mondorf, brought together developers, architects, investors and decision-makers to celebrate innovation, quality and commitment within the real estate industry.
Louis-Marie Piron named Real Estate Personality of the Year 2025
Among the awards presented during the evening, Louis-Marie Piron, Founder of Thomas & Piron, Belgium's leading construction and property development company, was named Real Estate Personality of the Year 2025. This prestigious award recognizes an influential individual whose career, vision and commitment have had a lasting impact on Luxembourg's real estate market.
By presenting him with this distinction, the jury—composed of 12 experts from the real estate, architecture and finance sectors and chaired by Jean-François Trapp (Baker & McKenzie)—highlighted Louis-Marie Piron's decisive role in the evolution, modernization and dynamism of Luxembourg's real estate market. Established in Luxembourg since 1985, he has been actively contributing to the country's development for nearly forty years. His long-standing commitment, particularly over the past two decades, has significantly shaped the evolution and growth of the Luxembourg property market.
