Unicity has won the “Best Office Project – Years 2023 to 2025” award at the Real Estate Awards 2026, organised by LuxReal and Paperjam.
Jointly developed by Thomas & Piron Luxembourg and IKO Real Estate, Unicity reflects our ambition to develop innovative, sustainable projects designed to meet evolving needs and new ways of working.
Located in Hollerich, the project stands out for its architecture, combining heritage and modernity, as well as for the quality of its workspaces and the attention given to occupants’ well-being. Unicity has also achieved BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold certifications.
