The Thomas & Piron Group has been active in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for 40 years in the construction and real estate development sectors, primarily through its two entities: Thomas & Piron Luxembourg and Thomas & Piron Bau.
Today, Thomas & Piron Group Luxembourg ranks among the country’s leading real estate developers.
Initially the designated contractor for the Group’s own development projects, Thomas & Piron Bau has successfully diversified its activities to include public-sector contracts and projects for private developers.

For more than 76 years, Galère has been a key player in building and civil engineering projects. The company contributes to the successful delivery of numerous public and private projects in Wallonia, Brussels and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg through its subsidiary Galère Lux.
Its activities span a wide range of fields, including roadworks, urban development, hospital and industrial building construction, as well as the restoration of monuments and listed buildings.

Active in the construction market since 1981, Sotraba has been part of the Thomas & Piron Group since 2013.
The company builds bespoke homes and also develops and constructs real estate developments comprising houses, apartments and retail spaces.
Based in Arquennes since its creation, the company focuses its expertise within a 60 km radius.

The Group has been active in France for more than 15 years. The creation of Thomas & Piron Groupe France in early 2020 confirmed the company’s ambition to further develop its real estate activities from its new headquarters in Seclin. It brings together two companies:
As both a land developer and real estate developer, Espace Promotion France provides tailor-made solutions in urban and rural areas, covering multi-residential projects — including serviced plots, apartments and turnkey houses — as well as offices and managed residences.
Maisons du Nord specialises in the construction of bespoke single-family homes designed around its customers’ needs, preferences and lifestyles. The company operates four branches across the Hauts-de-France region, ensuring proximity and responsiveness.
Thomas & Piron in Switzerland
Construction and civil engineering
Swiss construction company Dumas joined the Thomas & Piron Group in 2020. The company has developed extensive expertise and know-how in highly technical construction and civil engineering activities. Recognised as a benchmark in the sector, Dumas meets the requirements of both private and professional clients.
Thomas & Piron subsequently acquired the Epiney Holding group, a company specialising in civil engineering, special works and scaffolding in the Valais region, which became Construir Group in 2024.
The objective is to create synergies between the companies in order to secure new contracts throughout the region.
Thomas & Piron au Portugal
Apartments
The decision to invest in the Portuguese market resulted from the convergence of several factors.
Having employees with strong knowledge of the local market proved to be a major advantage and helped overcome the language barrier. The Group also established a partnership with a real estate developer of Belgian origin already active in Portugal.
Portugal’s political stability, safety and growing economy in recent years further strengthened and ultimately confirmed the Group’s decision to invest in the country.
